Submitting an application here is intended for individuals applying to be added to a currently occupied unit rather than to a vacant unit. Please identify the full property address in the "Other Comments" column of the application.
It will be necessary for us to receive the proper documents prior to being able to process an application for a roommate addition/change.

YOU ARE APPLYING TO BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING TENANCY. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED, YOU WILL BE REPLACING A TENANT AS IF YOU HAVE LIVED AT THE RESIDENCE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE ORIGINAL TENANCY AND WILL BE ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDITION OF THE UNIT FROM THE TENANCY START DATE, NOT THE DATE OF YOUR APPLICATION APPROVAL.
